About

I am a fully qualified and experienced therapeutic counsellor offering short and long term counselling. I have worked with a diverse range of individuals and issues and my approach is flexible, warm and confidential. I aim to offer understanding and insight in a safe, secure environment. I have a number of years experience working on issues with anxiety, depression, work, relationships, anger, low self-esteem, bereavement and loss. I am a Member of BACP and work in line with their code of Professional Ethics and am committed to ongoing professional development.

I work with adults offering telephone, online video and face to face counselling from my rooms in Central Reading and in the countryside between Andover and Hungerford. The latter location (SP11) is approx. 15 miles from Newbury and 20 miles from Marlborough.
